I once had to visit a doctor for a full medical. It was a female doctor. When examining me I had to slip my shoes off for weight and height checks. I stood on the machines with my bare feet, thinking that this was the most naked that I was going to get that day. Then she asked me to remove my shirt for a heartbeat/lung examination. Once that was finished she asked me whether it would be possible for me to strip to my underwear so that she could check my legs over (Lord knows why, but I think she was writing a report about flaky skin I had here and there on my body in small patches. Well, I undid the top button on my jeans and half unzipped my flies when I suddenly had to stop, realising that I had gone commando that day.
