You wouldn’t think that a movie tackling issues like race relations, I came into this world kicking and screaming shirt  brutality, and gentrification would be funny and entertaining but Daveed Diggs and Rafael Casal make it work. Writing and acting in this one, the two of them bring so much authenticity and charm. They put out important questions and don’t pretend to have answers. It gives the viewer a lot to think about. I feel like anything more I say about this one will just spoil it so I won’t. So I don’t know if Scientology is what makes Tom Cruise come up with new ways to try to kill himself in these movies but I hope he never stops. It’s so much fun. This is the only movie that I saw twice in theaters this year because it just made me feel like running across roof tops.
