I don’t give a shirt

Kids don’t have rules in their playground. They push to the limits and I don’t give a shirt thing what holds them back can be fear. Which is also can be trained. As adults we make rules what we can do and not in our playgrounds. Even tho we sign waivers that no one is responsible for of something happens to us, there still some restrictions. Traversing or brachiating on structures is one of my favorite things to do. Although in conventional you would be asked to leave gym even if you go barefoot. Silly. I’m glad I can play at this amazing gym in Bali and not only train seriously, because trees are not goot for climbing here. Strict work is necesery to progress effectively and don’t forget to play afterwards! You will get more benefits than just gains.
